Export & share
When placement is done, export for print or share a secure link with caterers and guests.
1. PDF & PNG export
From the Export menu, download a print-ready PDF or PNG image of the plan. Ideal for caterers, venues, or an entrance display.
- High-resolution PDF
- PNG for slides or social
- CSV export with assigned tables
2. Share links
Under "Share links", generate two URLs: one for the floor plan (pan & zoom) and one for the filterable guest list. Each link can be revoked.
3. Read-only plan view
The plan link lets anyone view the seating chart without an account. Visitors can search for a guest, their seat is highlighted on the plan.
4. Shared guest list
The list link shows name, table, meal, and tags with the same filters as the editor, handy for check-in and service staff.
