Assign seats
Placement works by dragging guests from the list onto seats on the floor plan.
1. Drag and drop
From the People panel, drag a guest onto an empty seat. To move someone, drag them to another seat, occupied targets swap automatically.
2. See who sits where
Occupied seats show initials or full names depending on zoom. Hover a seat for details: group, meal, notes.
- Seated / total guest counter
- Unseated filter in the panel
- List page with table & seat columns
3. Placement rules
In the Rules tab, set "must sit together" or "must sit apart" constraints. Run auto-seating to fill remaining seats while respecting rules.
4. Last-minute changes
Guest cancelled? Clear the seat and assign someone else. Changes sync immediately when you're signed in.
